PRI and Screen
If your considering rehab or long term placement for your loved one, Nightingales Helping Hands can provide the necessary assessment. PRI and screen are assessments required to be completed in New York State prior to a loved one's admission into rehab/nursing homes. Assessments are offered at various settings, but limited to private residence, skilled nursing facilities and group homes. PRI and screen are provided by a Registered Nurse per New York State guidelines.
